1. Who we are

Flyers of Metal ("we", "us", "the studio") is an independent design studio based in Argentina, providing visual identity, artwork and design services to bands, festivals, venues, labels and brands worldwide. By commissioning a project, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("the client") agree to the terms described below.

2. Services

We offer design services including, but not limited to: brand identity, album and single artwork, posters and flyers, merchandise design, digital and social media assets, and packaging. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (by email or a written quote) before work begins.

3. Project process

Projects generally follow four stages: an initial conversation to understand the request, research and direction, design development, and refinement and delivery. The number of concept directions and revision rounds included in each stage is defined in the project quote.

4. Pricing and payment

• Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• Most projects require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of final files.
• Rush projects, where availability allows, may carry an additional fee.
• Prices are quoted in the currency agreed at the start of the project. Bank or payment-processor fees are the client's responsibility.
• Work on final, print-ready or high-resolution files will not be delivered until payment in full has been received.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, agreed at the quote stage. Additional revision rounds, or changes to the brief after design work has started, may be quoted separately.

6. Client-provided content

If you provide photos, logos, text or other material for use in your project, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it, and you agree to hold Flyers of Metal harmless from any claim arising from its use.

7. Intellectual property and usage rights

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final approved artwork for the purposes agreed at the start of the project (for example: album release, merchandise, promotion). Flyers of Metal retains the underlying design files, working layers and any unused concepts, and reserves the right to display the finished work in its portfolio, website and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the project is delivered.

Fonts, stock photography or other third-party assets used in a project may carry their own licenses; where relevant, we will let you know what is required for your intended use.

8. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and covers the work completed up to that point. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced separately.

9. Turnaround

Estimated delivery times are provided at the quote stage. Delays caused by late feedback, late delivery of client-provided content, or scope changes may affect the original timeline.

10. Limitation of liability

Flyers of Metal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered artwork, including losses related to third-party printing, manufacturing or platform errors outside our control.

11. Confidentiality

Unreleased artwork, release dates or other information shared during a project are treated as confidential and will not be published or shared publicly before the client's own announcement, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be addressed in good faith between both parties before pursuing formal action.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time a project is quoted is the version that applies to that project.
